Once an offer is made we are committed to checking your tenant and helping you fulfil your obligations as a landlord. We take care in issuing the correct agreements and notices. This will include procedures such as Tenancy Deposit Protection, which we handle as a member of mydeposits. We are here to resolve any issue you may experience and are fully compliant with industry codes of conduct, further backed by independent redress via The Property Redress Scheme. Once your tenancy is in progress we take care of rent collection and as a member of Client Money Protect, you can have confidence that all client funds are handled correctly. If you wish to upgrade your service, we can also Fully Manage the basic maintenance and repairs for your tenancy too.

We are able to offer our Rent Collection service to landlords at commission of only 11.4% inc. VAT (9.5% excl. VAT) in the first year and 9.6% inc. VAT (8% excl. VAT) for subsequent renewals with the same tenant. Most landlords choosing this service can expect a further charge to issue Deposit Protection Certificates for Assured Shorthold Tenancies of only £39 inc. VAT (£32.50 excl. VAT) per fixed term, but any further services are usually completely optional. Unlike other agents, our landlords can expect no further additional charges for things such as attending viewings, drawing up agreements or renewal negotiations.

We can help our landlords to arrange services such as inventories, certificates and cleaning by putting them in direct contact with quality contractors. By going direct our landlords are likely to make further savings compared with other agents that push expensive in-house or sub-contracted services at a considerable premium. Opt for our Full Management service for only 16.8% inc. VAT (14% excl. VAT) in the first year and 12% inc. VAT (10% excl. VAT) for subsequent renewals with the same tenant and we can manage these services and basic maintenance for you.
